Synopsis:
Out of Order Comics is based on a number of residents at an apartment building, all of whom are a bit insane in their own special way. Plus, many of the amenities at the building are broken or malfunctions. Thus the namesake - Out of Order. The strip is made by Inigo Gonzalez and Jake Brown.
