Synopsis:
Fetishman is the latest in not-quite-superhero and too-perv-to-effectively-fight-crime-anyway cartoon humour.

Armed with an unquestioning self-belief Fetishman stands guard over the city like a man dressed entirely in rubber, and with an utter inability to move his arms, standing guard over a city. It’s not a good metaphor, but I’m not sure there really are many good metaphors for this situation.

Fetishman continually struggles for justice and freedom, but mostly he just struggles for no other reason than he quite likes struggling.
