Synopsis:
Correy Dennis Harris who was a military kid for most of his life, traveled throughout the world with his family. He lived in such places as Japan, North Carolina, Louisiana, and California. While doing so, he became very sensitive to the varying cultures of those places. Many of his creative ideas and thoughts have been impacted by his many experiences and realizations of life itself.

After high school, he enrolled at Dominican University of California where he majored in psychology with a minor in art. At the University, he began to create and develop his cartoon characters, all based on his observations and experiences. Ultimately, his cartoon strip called "Stand By Me" is the colorful and whimsical result of this creative growth and experience.

Stand By Me is a running story based on Correy's childhood experiences that include many of the youthful and outlandish incidents and situations that he and his many friends experienced while attempting to adapt and understand the world they were forced to exist in.

Sugar, Sweet Pea, Loser, Chishawnti and Shaquan are few of the characters being introduced in the strip. "Frankly," Correy says, "this strip represents the type of people or characters that most of us can identify with - they became buddies, friends, family, everything that made us the way we are."

FastRide Productions offers this very funny comic strip to independent papers, magazines and syndicators. To arrange for publication, please contact Correy Harris: correyharris@FastRideProductions.com
