Forlorn Hope: A perilous or desperate enterprise; A vain hope; A group of soldiers assigned to perform some unusually dangerous service.

Hadox Scourge is a Warden--an individual gifted with the ability to cast a ward and fight at the same time. He is a part of the Forlorn Hope: a squad dedicated to protecting and avenging humanity when all else fails.
Demons are to be killed on sight. Anyone suspected of being a Demon\'s host is to be killed on sight.

Aeron the archdemon has chosen Hadox as her host.

And she will break him.
