Set in the near future, our nameless twentysomething hero recounts an unfortunate upbringing in England.

When London floods and his city becomes the backup capital - dumb, busy and boring - craving adventure, he throws a dart at a map and seeks pastures new.

But things aren\'t looking great in his new locale either - he\'s been there 24 hours and has already been arrested and beaten...
