Synopsis:
A second moon was discovered floating near to planet Earth. This wasn\'t all that exciting to the people down below - until they realised it was capable of supporting life.
Over night bickering arose as to who would get what up on this new sphere and how muchleading the powers that be to declare a de facto law on land claims; \"first come, first served.\"
Consequently, each of the world\'s countries sent people up to the new moon quickly to grab their plots. The elitest elite, the cream of the crop, the best of the best...
None of those were sent. They sent their children.
