Hey there webcomikers. Smile I haven't posted here in awhile, been dabbling in print properties and freelancing, but I just launched a new webcomic, and I'd love to get some feedback. Its an all-ages adventure fantasy, and I've just released chapter 1.

This comic is more of a true digital comic than my earlier efforts, and I'd love some feedback on that aspect of it as well. I've got two versions available; one on its own website, which runs on a pure html5 engine: http://www.echocallaway.com/indexMoPChap1.html

and one on dA which runs on a flash engine: http://adammasterman.deviantart.com/art/Echo-Callaway-and-the-Mists-of-Pelleon-Chapter-1-395382542

Still working on the main site: http://www.echocallaway.com, so any thoughts there are also very welcome. My update schedule is going to be a chapter every three months, which is glacial by webcomic standards, but the chapters are pretty big (this one is about 110 screens). An experiment, as these always are, but I'm feeling good about this approach (for now, at least Smile ). Anyway, have a look, and let me know what you think. Thanks,

Adam

Hey, good-lookin' art and fun story, well presented, nods of approval. That flash comic is nicely done, I could get used to that. No keyboard controls, though (e.g. space bar to move to next page/panel), it's gotta be the mouse, all the time. My mouse finger's sore enough makin' comics! Smile I looked at the website and the html5 chapters, I've no suggestions for improvement, everything seems spiffy.

Thanks for the read and feedback, man; much appreciated. I hear you on the clicking, though the arrow keys should work on the flash version. Usually you have to click once, and after that, keyboard arrows will do it. But not the html version; that one is a constant click. Honestly, there are quite a few things that need work in that version; I put it together in one day with a brand new piece of software. However, I already prefer it to the flash engine, since its universal (html5), and the program (Motion Artist) is so much easier to use than Flash (where I literally know nothing about making things do anything).
